It was a memorable stay for us! We truly felt like we were at a home away from home, thanks to the incredible hospitality of all the staff. Each one of them treated us like their own family, which made our experience so special. A big hats off to the entire team, with a special thanks to Mr. Sreejesh for thoughtfully arranging everything for us. More than the ambience and activities it was the warmth and care of the staff that made us the happiest.

Recently hosted my engagement at this beautiful resort, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hall was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for our special occasion. A special mention to the staff ,Mr Sreejesh and team — every person we interacted with was warm, courteous, and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our time there. The food was delicious, with a good variety that pleased all our guests, and the ambience of the entire resort was serene. Would highly recommend this place for events and a relaxing stay.

The best resort in Neeleshwar. Great ambience, just next to backwaters its a pleasant place and calm. Food is very tasty and worth every penny. In the lush green the swimming pool is located and its very clean and we had lots of fun. The staff is very kind to guest. Overall it's value for money

Pros - Located in main road, Staff was courteous, room was clean even though it's an old property. Cons - Room was not ready at given check-in time, Breakfast was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to experience kerala cuisine, however ended up having normal south Indian cuisine, power outage several times in the night & restaurant was quite crowded during dinner due to public access. Highlight of the stay - River front Cottage rooms and restaurants peaceful river side ambience.

Restaurant Experience I visited this restaurant recently and was quite disappointed with the service. One moment made the visit especially uncomfortable. A supplier brought plates to our table, but soon after, his leader / staff came and told him the plates were meant for another table. Then, they took the plates back from us. It was awkward and felt very unprofessional. I’m really surprised to see so many 5-star reviews for this place. Yes, the ambience is nice and the river view is beautiful, but the service I experienced didn’t match the high ratings. I’m giving 2 stars only for the location and atmosphere. The staff behavior and management need a lot of improvement.
